APPOINTMENTS:

  • All appointments are strictly by advance appointment only. No walk-ins at clinic.
  • New clients, please return your forms at least 48 hours in advance of your first session.
  • All treatments require pre-payment in advance at the time of booking.
  • Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment, not before, there is no waiting area at the clinic.
  • If you arrive late at the clinic or for an online virtual meeting, we will do all we can to help and may be able to complete part of your session, although this will depend on the treatment booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled clinic appointment, please provide more than 48 hours’ notice and we will happily re-schedule your appointment or refund your payment in full if you are unable to attend. For less than 48 hours’ notice and more than 24 hours’ notice you will receive a 50% refund. For less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

CLINIC SESSIONS:

The number of sessions you wish to attend is entirely optional. Treatments can be booked at a frequency to suit you. Reserve your sessions by clicking on the "View More" button on your chosen treatment and you can search here for the current availability.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS:

At the clinic, if your treatment includes nutritional testing, the nutritional supplements recommended can be purchased via our practitioner account with our nutritional suppliers. If you have any questions please reach out.
