Helen McHugh (KF Assoc) is a Functional Kinesiology Practitioner offering a contemporary, all-natural approach to balanced health and optimal wellbeing for individuals, small businesses, corporates, and their employees. She is a qualified Touch for Health Kinesiologist (IKC, International Kinesiology College) and a Functional Kinesiologist (The College of Functional Kinesiology) and an associate member of the Kinesiology Federation.

Helen is from West Yorkshire and spent many happy years in a full-time career both in the UK and USA in the Technology and Travel & Hospitality sectors. Helen changed career paths to follow her passion for complementary and natural health therapy services and was drawn to Kinesiology, a non-invasive, safe form of natural healthcare that aims to get to the root of health issues and to discover imbalances in your body, no matter how small.
